✔️ List all your monthly income and expenses.
✔️ Identify where your money is leaking.
✔️ Choose one subscription or cost to cancel immediately.
✍️ Reflection prompt: What would financial freedom feel like?


Day 4: Drop a Dragging Habit

✔️ Choose one habit that’s holding you back—scrolling, snacking, procrastinating.
✔️ Replace it with a micro-action (e.g. walk, read, hydrate).
✔️ Track it for 3 days.


Day 5: Sketch a Side Hustle

✔️ Brain dump 5 things you’re good at or enjoy.
✔️ Google how others make money from 1 of those.
✔️ Sketch a simple way to test it—offer a free or $20 service this week.


Day 6: Connect with One Real Person

✔️ Call, text, or DM someone you trust.
✔️ Share something real—your challenge, a win, a goal.
✔️ Ask what they’re working toward too. (Build momentum together.)


Day 7: Start a Win List

✔️ Write 5 things you accomplished this week—big or small.
✔️ Write down the best thing you learned about yourself.
✔️ Post your win list somewhere visible.
